What the booking form collects
The booking form asks for your name, telephone number, optional email address, consultation type, preferred call method, and appointment time. It does not request symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, or payment details.
Where appointment data is stored
When live booking is enabled, appointment details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and accessed through the protected doctor dashboard. Appointment details are not stored in the public website files or GitHub repository.
How your details are used
Appointment details are used to arrange and manage your consultation. Google Meet, WhatsApp, or your phone provider may process information under their own privacy policies when used for your call.
Booking and joining your call
Booking confirmation reserves the selected time. It does not create a Google Meet room, send a WhatsApp message, or place a phone call. The doctor must share joining instructions separately.
Cancellation
Keep the cancellation link provided after booking private. Anyone with that link can cancel the appointment before it begins. A cancelled time becomes available for another appointment.
Before public booking opens
The doctor’s verified contact details, registration information, consultation fees, data retention period, and process for requesting access to or deletion of data must be finalised. Live booking remains disabled until setup is complete.
